Long-line pre-tensioning sleeper casting beds (120 meters), hydraulic multi-strand wire tensioning jacks (up to 400kN), high-frequency sleeper mould vibrators, low-pressure steam curing chambers with automatic temperature loggers, automated sleeper de-moulding and handling gantry crane, computerized rail seat static load and dynamic fatigue testing rig (500kN capacity).
